Have you ever noticed that people who like James Bond movies but aren't fan enough to keep the titles straight generally refer to a particular Bond film as "the one with..."? For example, Goldfinger might be called "the one with the woman who's painted gold." Following is a list of how to describe the Bond films to the title-impaired:
1. Dr. No (5/8/1963) The one with Ursula Andress coming out of the sea.(This description works best for men)
2. From Russia With Love (5/27/1964) (Q is Boothroyd) The one with that woman who tries to kick him with the knife that pops out of her shoe. NOTE: the IMDB has the wrong release date for this movie!
3. Goldfinger (12/25/1964) (Q) The one with the guy who throws the hat. Or: The one with the car that has the ejector seat.
4. Thunderball (12/29/1965) (Q) The underwater one.
5. You Only Live Twice (6/13/1967) (Q) The one with the volcano in Japan.
6. On Her Majesty's Secret Service (12/18/1969) (Q) The one with that George guy. Or: The one in the Swiss Alps. Or: The one where Bond gets married. (The response you will most often hear is "I think that's the only one I've never seen")
7. Diamonds Are Forever (12/17/1971) (Q) The one in Las Vegas.
8. Live and Let Die (6/27/1973) The one with the Tarot cards. Or: The one with Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman.
9. The Man with the Golden Gun (12/19/1974) (Q) The one with Tattoo in it.
10. The Spy Who Loved Me (8/3/1977) (Q) The one with that white sports car that turns into a submarine.
